Sessions and workshops are inspiring, educational and restorative with emphasis on truth and the power of present moment awareness.  

Each workshop embraces a combination of tools and techniques for mind and body balancing, health and wellbeing.

#1  Breathe! Proper breath-work for grounding takes patience and a dedicated effort. After all, you’ve probably been breathing incorrectly all your life, so there’s much to unlearn. 

 

#2  Meditation & Guided Imagery 
If you're coping with anxiety or panic attacks, Rev. Cara will help you create a secure place in which to go (in your mind)  when life's situations become unbearable.
 Guided imagery is the ability to manifest the physical, using visuals of yourself already healed. It includes Harmonic Sound Healing for chronic conditions and Eye exercises to strengthen vision and memory recall.

#3  Enhance Intuition  Learn to trust and following your gut for mental, emotional, physical health and wellbeing. Understand the messages your body sends, and how to recognize the answers. What an exhilarating feeling of empowerment as you replace old fears with the power of your potential. 

 

#4  Inner-Child  - This unique therapy allows your unconscious to surface in words or drawings, helping to reveal old wounds and heal emotional disturbances from the past. The innocent child always tells the truth.

 

#5   EMDR - Reprogramming the Brain
Explicit eye movements and concentration on thoughts of a painful trauma, and identifying where you feel it in your body. 

 

#6    EFT - Tapping - Tapping on specific acupuncture points on the face & body while affirming acceptance of yourself and who you are.

 

#7   RR&R Journal Writing 
Journal writing has tremendous, healing properties. Once your mental -emotional pain is out of you and on paper, it loses power.
First,
Review times in your life you detoured from your true path by journaling your life experiences on a timeline.
Second
, Release old beliefs and negative thought patterns that shaped your life, and the trauma it represented. Incidents that steered you away from your path and examine the choices you made, and develop a new understanding of the results you’ve produced.
Third,
Rebuild your life with new objectives and meaning. Rather than hold onto regrets, disappointments or anger. Your time-line will end at the beginning (in your youth), where your mission, life purpose will become evident.
